If you like cool “spy” tricks, secret codes and fun stuff like that, then you are going to love this tip from renown survival expert John D. McCann.
Once you determine your bug out destination, it’s a good idea to mark it and any routes to it on a map in your bug out bag. Right? Or is it? What if you get separated from your B.O.B. and someone else finds it, rummages through it and… low and behold they find your map with your bug out destination clearly marked on it. Not good. Now they know where you are headed and assume that you have supplies that they want. So perhaps the whole marking your destination and routes on the map weren’t such a good idea after all, eh?
Not so fast. What if you could have the best of both worlds? What if you could mark your bug out destination and routes on your map AND keep it hidden from others? Well you can with this neat little trick.
How cool is that??
